Library goals
The main aim of our library is to provide a dynamic environment for independent learners and to provide services and curriculum resources of the highest quality and relevance. Teaching staff co-operatively plan and teach with the Teacher Librarian. The library supports a whole school literacy and literature promotion in conjunction with the English faculty.
Library cards
Each student is issued with an ID card at the beginning of the school year, which students use to borrow resources such as laptops and books in the library. The library provides free printing for school work outside of class times, accessible from 8.30am.
Senior study room
Senior students have access to a Senior Study room co-located with the library, specialist senior year resources, as well as an outdoor area.
Library catalogue
All students can access the Library Catalogue from home through My Portal, then scroll down to My Library.
Instructions on using the catalogue remotely can be found here.
